Trains from New England Atlantic City
Ride to Philadelphia (trains include the Acela Express, Northeast Regional, and the Vermonter). Then connect to the Thruway Train into Atlantic City (ACY).
Trains from New York City and Newark to Atlantic City
Trains to PHL include the NE Regional, Acela Express, Vermonter, Pennsylvanian, and Keystone. Connect at PHL to the Thruway Train.
NJ Transit
The NJ Transit provides train and bus services into Atlantic City. The Atlantic City Bus Terminal provides regularly scheduled bus transportation to and from Atlantic City and is located less than a 10-minute walk from the Convention Center. The NJ Transit Rail Terminal is conveniently located within the Convention Center and connects Atlantic City to Philadelphia at 30th Street Station and Amtrak’s Northeast corridor lines. Trains run on the hour and an estimated cost from Philadelphia to Atlantic City is $10.00 per person (prices subject to change).
NJ Transit’s Atlantic City Line
The Atlantic City Line (ATLC) operates between Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station (PHL) and Atlantic City with over a dozen trains daily (adult fare $10 one way, 95 minutes).
Trains from New York City and Newark to Atlantic City
NJ Transit & SEPTA
Take NJ Transit’s NE Corridor Line (NEC) to Trenton (TRE), then ride SEPTA’s Trenton line into Philly. Adult fare for the NYP to TRE segment is $15.50 (one way), and the trip takes 75-90 minutes. The SEPTA fare for TRE to PHL is $8.75 (45 minutes). Once in Philadelphia, take the Atlantic City Line (ATLC) offered by NJ Transit (about 95 minutes, $10 adults).

The Septa High Speed Rail Line train runs from the Philadelphia International Airport to 30th Street Station. Estimated cost is $6.00 per person (prices subject to change).

- From the Atlantic City Expressway
At the end of the Expressway, make a left on Arctic Ave. and then a left on Michigan Ave. straight into the Atlantic City Convention Center parking garage. Another entrance to the parking garage is via the Atlantic City Connector. To take this route, bear to the right at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway and follow the Atlantic City Connector. After railroad tracks take the first exit on the right marked Convention Center/Bacharach Boulevard. While on Bacharach Boulevard, there are four (4) entrances into the parking garage on the right. - From Philadelphia and West
Exit the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Valley Forge, Exit 24, onto Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76 East) through Philadelphia to the Walt Whitman Bridge. - From New York and North
Major Interstate Highways connect with the Garden State Parkway South. Follow Garden State Parkway South to Exit 38 (Atlantic City Expressway). Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions. - From Baltimore, Washington & South
