Call for affiliated and section meetings to be held during the 2018 AFS Conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
If you would like to schedule space for an affiliated, section or other meeting related to the 2018 AFS Conference please complete the affiliated meetings fillable form and email to Heather Corbett at Heather.Corbett@dep.nj.gov. The deadline for requests is June 30, 2018. Space will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis in the Atlantic City Convention Center. The committee will make a reasonable effort to see all requests are met. Please note: The committee will not schedule meetings conflicting with plenary sessions.

Affiliated meeting lead contacts must coordinate all AV as well as food and beverage requests with Atlantic City Convention Center directly. Information on those vendors can be found on the form.
